What We Don’t Do

We Do Not Use Damaging or Acidic Materials

We never use acidic mats, cardboard, or backing that causes yellowing, staining, or deterioration over time.
Every material that touches your artwork is selected to protect — not slowly destroy.

Cheap materials cost less today.
They cost far more later.

We Do Not Rush Craftsmanship at the Cost of Quality

We do not sacrifice precision to move faster.
We do not cut corners to increase volume.

Every project moves through a controlled process of:

  • Measurement

  • Design

  • Material selection

  • Assembly

  • Final inspection

Quality cannot be rushed. We don’t try.

We Do Not Offer Low-Grade Mass Framing

We are not a factory framing line.
We do not offer “one-size-fits-all” framing packages.
We do not build frames designed to look acceptable for a few years and fail after.

All work is done on premises. We do not send your piece to a factory to be mass framed.

Your piece never leaves our location until it is picked up by you.

We Do Not Treat Original Artwork as Disposable Decoration

Original art, heirlooms, signed memorabilia, and personal pieces are not replaceable.
We never frame them as if they were.

Whether a piece is sentimental, historic, decorative, or valuable —
it receives the same level of care, protection, and respect.

What This Means for You

Choosing Summit Frame & Art means:

  • Your artwork is protected, not compromised

  • Your investment is respected

  • Your framing is designed to age correctly

  • Your piece remains safe for the next generation

We do not work for speed.
We work for longevity.
